We are so happy you've decided to place your trust in us to care for your fur-baby! Please read on to learn about how we operate and how we've changed our policies during the Covid-19 pandemic.

  • In times of old, we used to welcome customers into our shop to show them the high standards we possess in having a clean shop, the calm environment we set, and that we are truly a cage-free, boutique-style grooming shop. Now we can only offer curbside drop-off and pick-up services, but rest assured, your fur-baby is our only priority.

  • Due to new protocols, masks are required of both us and the client to keep you and ourselves safe during check-in and check-out.

  • We have our 'New Client Cards' available online here

      that you can print, fill out, and sign to bring to the    

      appointment. We also have them printed up and ready

      to fill out, if you prefer.

  • Please bring your fur-baby's most recent vaccination records. All 4 Pawz LLC requires all their furry clients to be up-to-date on all of their shots. You can also email them to if it's easier.

  • Additionally, as we are a boutique-style shop, we run a tight schedule to maintain that promise of an individualized and cage-free experience. To that end, we kindly request that you are able to pick up your fur-baby within 30 minutes after we call you. If you are unable to, we have crates available where your baby can convalesce, so we can keep that promise to the next customer. 

  • Accepted methods of payment are cash or card. We no longer accept payment through checks or electronic fund transfer sites like PayPal or Zelle. Thank you for your understanding.
